These terms and conditions are effective from 12 July 2007 until further notice. Please read the following in full before Purchasing. By clicking on the ‘’confirm order button’’ you are confirming that you have read this agreement, have understood the agreement and agree to be bound by the conditions. If you do not agree with any of the following, then Tillotson Ltd. will not enter into a contract with you, and you should not click the “confirm Order” button and discontinue with the online ordering process.

1.Your Account: Tillotson Ltd. requires you to open an account. You must complete the registration process and all the information supplied must be complete and accurate. You will be asked to choose a password, and the responsibility for maintaining of the privacy of this account and password is entirely yours. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you agree to immediately notify Tillotson Ltd. of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

You may only use your own account, and cannot use anybody else’s account without their prior express permission.

No compensation will be made to you for the set-up or operation of your account.
If you are under 18, you may purchase on our web site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Once set up, your account will continue indefinitely, regardless of usage levels, unless terminated by you or Tillotson Ltd. You may terminate your account by using the contact section on the web site. Tillotson Ltd. can terminate your account without prior notice at the discression of Tillotson Ltd. Management.

2. Conditions of use: Tillotson Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which Tillotson-Racing services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and for additional terms posted by Tillotson Ltd.

Unless otherwise specified, Tillotson-Racing site/services are for personal and non commercial use. You may not copy, modify, transmit, display, distribute, perform, reproduce, license, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from Tillotson Ltd.

The Tillotson-Racing web site may contain e-mail services, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, communities, forums, personal web pages, calendars, photo albums, file cabinets and or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others. Tillotson Ltd. is not obliged to monitor such services, save as directed to do so by law. 3. Pricing: All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT. All prices exclude freight and any other charges that may apply unless otherwise stated. Our prices may fluctuate and change depending on related manufacturing costs, material costs, market conditions and any other external factor. Should there be a pricing error on the website, in any correspondence from Tillotson/Tillotson-racing, or by any other method of communication, the right is reserved by us to cancel the order and offer the product/products at the correct price.

4. Ordering: Orders are made through the website and are considered confirmed by means or order confirmation. Order cancellation must be received by email or another form of written correspondence and can only be made within 7 days of order confirmation.

5. Payment: Payment is by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Laser

6. Delivery: Standard shipping is by parcel post. When you place an order with us and should the item purchased be in stock we aim to have your order in the mail within 3 working days. Shipping costs and delivery time will reflect in your location. Cost of shipping via UPS reflects their rates as indicative of your location and the associated zone. All items purchased on the Tillotson-Racing web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns: Please choose carefully as products may not be returned unless they are faulty or have been shipped in error. Returns must be processed within 7 working days of receipt. In all cases the customer must first requested and received approval to return. Shipping costs for return are born by the customer except in the case where product has been shipped in error.

8. Privacy Policy: Due to the registration and ordering process certain information given by you is collected lawfully and stored securely on our server. Tillotson Ltd. does not disclose any customer information to any third parties. The information is used only for the purpose of processing your request and to communicate with you on any matters relating to the provision of the service in general.
