Precision Machining
The machining process, from special-purpose machining to sophisticated computer-controlled machining centres, is capable of achieving the exacting tolerances required, from three thousandths of an inch (0.003") to two ten-thousandths of an inch (0.0002")

Quality Assembly
The assembly process is designed to produce high quality products and, to this end, several test functions are incorporated into the process. This ensures that only products that meet Tillotson’s specifications and that of the customers are supplied.
